Policy & Polite Notice

Deposit policy - deposit for any appointments is non refundable and this gets deducted off your overall price on the day. For example if the treatment is £40 in total, you have paid £20 deposit, there is only £20 remaining cash balance to pay on the day. The deposit/appointment can be transferred to a later date if we have 72 hours notice (this gives us enough time to fill this appointment) hope you understand.

Cancellation Policy- Cancelling without giving at least 72 hours notice you will still be liable to pay 50% of that treatment. Failure to do so will result in no future bookings

 

Please come alone to your treatments, there isn’t enough room in our reception area for a +1 as this area gets busy due to our sunbeds.

 

No children allowed in the premises at any time, whether supervised or not.

 

Please be aware the legal age to use our sunbeds are 18+, you will be asked for ID if staff feel like they need do.

Lastly, we do have a small friendly salon dog, however no other dogs allowed in at any time. We keep the main reception door closed at all times so if people could respect that thankyou.
